This registration form is for the 14U/19UC Rec Teams only.

• 14U Birth Years: 2009 & 2010
• 19U Birth Years: 2004 - 2008

Players looking for 8U - 12U teams are encouraged to register with our partner, Seattle Junior.

For the 2023-2024 season, our 14U & 19U teams will be practicing at the Kraken Community Iceplex.

• Practices will begin September 11. Coaches will be reaching out later in the summer to share welcome back event details and more information.
• Practices are held twice a week and games on Sunday mornings
  • Monday: KCI, 7:50pm - 8:50pm
  • Thursday: KCI, 8:15pm - 9:15pm
  • Sunday: KCI, 9:45am - 11:00am

2023-2024 14U/19U Rec League Dues: $1500

WWFHA dues will be collected online via the SportsEngine website.

At the end of the registration process, you will be required to make an initial down payment and then be given 2 options for payment:

• PAY IN FULL:  Submit total fees online today upon conclusion of this registration session via Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account.
• PAY MONTHLY VIA AUTO-DEBIT:  Fees are divided into five equal installments.
  • A down payment to be collected online today upon conclusion of this registration session via Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account.
  • The monthly amount will be automatically debited from the SAME ACCOUNT on the 1st of the month starting September through December 2023.

Each player must register first with USA Hockey and then return to this Registration Session to sign up for the 2023-2024 Season.  If you do not already have a 2023-2024 USA Hockey Confirmation #, please follow the following steps:

• Step 1:  CLICK HERE to go to USA Hockey Registration and register your daughter(s). Be sure to SAVE their confirmation code(s). Each player must have their own unique USA Hockey confirmation number and go through the WWFHA registration separately.
• Step 2:  Return to this registration and proceed. Later in this registration session you will need to enter the USA Hockey Confirmation Code that you received in Step 1.
